Exceptional hotel within the centre of Tokyo with easy access to all that Toyko provides . This Japanese owned hotel has replicated all that the country can be proud of . Exceptionally welcoming and attentive staff , spacious beautifully appointed rooms , ours on the 37th floor had an unbelievable full glass wall view over the city . It goes without saying that the hotel was impeccably tidy and very well appointed. The additional refreshments provided in the business lounge were superb . The breakfasts within the Orchid restaurant catered for all tastes . It was clearly all the little details which made our stay so special , the personal welcome from the manager suggested that they genuinely were interested in one’s welfare
