Very comfortable room. Good location in the town, walking distance to restaurants and Sigulda castle. Easy parking out front of the hotel - making it easy to come and go to see the many lovely sights around Sigulda easy.

The hotel reception works until 21.00, however, they managed to leave us key at the restaurant so that we can check-in later.

Chose the place due to a local concert. Location exceeded my expectations, we will go back on autumn just because of the hotel. Staff were also impeccable

Good location. Excellent furniture and household appliances. Comfortable-ergonomic bed. You are offered a plenty of nice little things inside.

The property was cute, cozy, and unique. The landlord was very kind, and I appreciated that the kitchen was well-equipped, including IKEA glasses and other useful utensils.

The owner offered us a room in a sister hotel (Villa Vanilla) more central in town as we were cyclists. Apartment was very good size and included a well supplied kitchenette. Great location near Castle. Superb breakfast offering.

The hosts were able to accommodate us even though we booked in the middle of the night. The first place we booked canceled on us last minute so we were so grateful to the staff at Villa Avoti for taking us in. They not only hosted us, but also upgraded our room to a very romantic suite. All together we were very satisfied with our stay and would consider staying here again if the occasion occurred.

The beautiful location in the middle of the forest, the house itself and the lawn around it. The owner prepared a hot tub at the arranged time, it was clean, hot, and relaxing. Recommend.

I highly recommend everyone to visit that place. It is good for couples, big friend groups and even families as well. It is well though and really cute. 🐣We had everything needed in the apartment (water boiler, coffee, tea, french press, Suger, salt, plates, wine glass, pans, pots and many of these). We had some concerns about the shared bathroom however it was really clean. The apartment, shower and toilet had an electric heater. Even if it is really cold, I do not believe it would be cold because we were cold at night and the heater was working pretty well when we turned it on. There are many things to do around. You would rest well and have fun at the same time.🤌🏼 Also, the host was really helpful. We had a problem with check in time because our car was broken. They agreed with later check in without any problem. Also, they were replying fast which was really good. They also recommended where to eat when we asked because it was quite late and everywhere was closed. I loved everything about the house and environment. Also, Sigulda was really fun. (We did not manage to find the caves but had a nice walk in the forest and did some activities in Tarzan's park) I would recommend you to visit Sigulda and stay in that house for a short or long stay to have a good time. 💜
