A large and very clean and tidy well-maintained room with all facilities, a nice veranda and quiet location. The staff were very helpful and attentive. Could have stayed here longer!

Very kind staff, all of them were nice and kind. Big, nice, clean room with kichenette. Complimentary laundry option. 5 min by car to the center of Wanaka, 2 min from Rippon wineyard, 5-6 min from entrance on Roy's peak trail. Breakfast is ok, some veggies would be great addition. Gluten free options. Very good and tasty food at the restaurant with decent prices.

This was by far the best apartment we stayed in during our New Zealand trip. We were a group of four, and my parents were extremely satisfied with our two-night stay in Wanaka. The apartment is beautifully appointed with high-end facilities and everything you could possibly need. The outdoor swimming pool was a great bonus, and the coffee machine was a real highlight for us. Both the master bedroom and the second bedroom have their own private ensuite bathrooms, which made our family stay very comfortable and stress-free. We truly felt at home here and would absolutely stay again on our next visit to Wanaka.

We made good use of the “private” hot tub. A reservation was required but we never found anyone else using the hot tub. We also used the upper or lower lounge areas depending on if anyone else was in one or the other. The breakfasts were good. The location was about 100m from a tremendous variety of food truck options for dinner.

Sensational accommodation. Easily the best place we stayed in three weeks touring the South Island.

Modern, well equipped and well located.

Property was beautiful, clean and a relaxing place to stay. Outdoor patio and hot tub were wonderful. Laundry facilities were great to clean and dry our clothings and outdoor gear.

Excellent location with Great Lakeview from the big balcony, living room and master room. Fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms are friendly for family travellers. Very well maintained. Would love to come back.

The Alp Studios Apartment 1 was clean, beautifully furnished, spacious, comfortable, and overall wonderful! Host was very responsive and friendly. We wished we could’ve stay longer!
