The staff are what make this hotel excellent. The E-Butler is a fantastic idea that just made everything so easy, and convenient. Nothing was too much trouble and it every member of the staff were so attentive, friendly and just good people. The villas have everything you need, are spacious and the most beautiful views. The food was really good too, and made even better by being able to order exactly what you wanted. We were impressed by the vast selection of items on the menu. Housekeeping were also excellent, twice a day visits and were spotlessly clean. We didn’t want for anything. Such a peaceful and relaxing stay. I’d recommend this resort.

Staff were extremely friendly and helpful, very grateful for all the attention and care they gave us. Very kind people. The location is fenomenal, just few meters from the beach and nice restaurants. The place is comfortable and clean. Highly recommend this place, would definitely go there again.

The staff were very helpful… they did such a great job. The hotel is super clean… they really take care about it… I was surprised about how clean and tidy were everything in the hotel (much better than Europe or usa) congratulations to all the staff members “hakuna mattata” it was a wonderful experience.. and the beach! It’s stunning! The area has the best beach in the north side of the island.. very clean and white sand (other hotels are beach front but don’t have the beach quality this one have!

We had an amazing experience at Aluna Beach Apartment Hotel! The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and cleaned every single day which made our stay super pleasant. One of our favorite spots was the rooftop perfect for chilling, enjoying the breeze, and watching the sunset. Location was perfect you can easily navigate everything around just by walking, even along the beach during low tide, which adds to the charm and ease of exploring Nungwi. A huge highlight for us was the staff always smiling, helpful, and making us feel completely at home. A special shoutout to Julia the general manager OMG her energy and vibe are unmatched! From the moment we arrived, she welcomed us so warmly, shared all the info we needed, and made sure our stay was flawless. You can truly see how much heart she puts into her work. Julia, you really enhanced our experience thank you from the bottom of our hearts for this human bond ! Highly recommend this place if you're heading to Nungwi.
