Early check-in is free of charge - I was delighted to get into my suit to fall asleep after an exhausting travel day. The staff at the front desk helped me print out two pages I needed for my embassy visit, also free of charge. The bathrobe was so good - I even contemplated purchasing it, but 70 bucks is too much. Good water pressure, and the drain was not clogged. The toiletries had a pleasant smell, and everything was sealed to preserve freshness. AC is powerful - cools the room in no time. Blackout curtains enable deep sleep at any time, helping you fight jet lag effectively. You need an ID to sit in the bar zone. Beetroot salad was delicious. Some may call the hotel vintage. I'd say that it needs a minor renovation round and a deep clean for the silver decor to eliminate patina. Chamomile and Earl Grey tea are provided, as well as coffee and a coffee machine. The hair dryer does not have any attachments (sorry curly hair people). Zoo is very close and free to visit! I went twice.

Cozy and very clean room. Good breakfast with a wide selection of savory and sweet, plus omelette made just for you. Staff was kind and always available. Erica has been super throughout the stay, so nice, kind and professional. She also gave a treat to our kid at check out. Very positive experience I would recommend.
