The location was right next to the beach and the room was amazing😍 if you stay i cant recommend the breakfast enough, it was really good and Ninja at the reception of the restaurant was just so friendly and welcoming 🤍 it was such an awesome place to stay at.

The place is relaxing, not crowded. The housekeeping ladies were so friendly and bring joy whenever they meet us.

The swimming pool at Pacific Club Karon Beach Resort offers a 360-degree view of Karon Beach. Guests can relax in the spa bath and enjoy massages and body treatments at the spa. The hotel also provides a well-equipped gym. Some customisation of breakfast for toddlers is possible. Had a rental car, so no issues with location. Live counter chef makes better french toast and other varieties than a 5 star property.

Guest can relax in one of the two whirlpools, work out in the 24-hour fitness centre, indulge in a relaxing massage or take a free shuttle service to explore Patong and Jungceylon Shopping Mall. For guests' convenience, there is a 24-hour front desk available at the property. As soon as we got to this place it was like heaven on earth the staff were nice and friendly from the get go, we got treated with ice cold beer and ice cold towels when checking in which was what was definitely needed! We did have a little issue though with our original room but was quickly upgraded to another room on a higher level with a buffet voucher for the family to have at any restaurant on site and also a fruit plate sent to our room becuase of the disruption it caused. Amazing work from the resort which showed that they really did care. We were here for 7 nights and ate at pretty much every restaurant from the Merchant Kitchen, Beach Grill, D.O.C.G (Italian food) & Thai Pantry tried it all and I can say it is what you expect from a 5 star resort, delicious & quality food for the whole family. Every morning we had the breakfast buffet as well with vast varieties to choose from! There's also a free shuttle bus (time restrictions apply) to the main strip in Patong beach or Jungcelyon mall which drop you off and pick you so you can explore the area for a few hours so we took this opportunity nearly everyday 😀 For activities on site there were big pool parities for the kids with foam and music, pool and snooker tables, movie days/nights on the projectors, the in house butterfly sanctuary, live bands and performances the list goes on and on, not to mention also they have their own beach! Yep thats right Merlin Beach, which has it's own reef to go snorkelling in to see the water wildlife which was pretty amazing. When we come back to Thailand, Phuket we will definitely be booking in this resort again!

We felt super comfortable during our stay and absolutely loved the apartment 😊 It really felt like living there, not just staying in a hotel. Everything was available, so it’s also perfect for longer stays. The apartment was beautifully furnished, very cozy, with a great view and a quiet atmosphere. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, we felt truly well taken care of from start to finish. The apartment was spotlessly clean at all times ✨ The location was great too – calm and relaxing, with restaurants within walking distance and everything else easy to reach by scooter. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, which we really appreciated 😊 Thank you for a wonderful stay – we will definitely come back and can highly recommend this place 💛

From the moment we arrived in Phuket, Mr. Tom and his incredible team went above and beyond to ensure our experience was unforgettable. They welcomed us with warm smiles and efficiently arranged our airport transfer, which was especially useful for bigger groups like ours. The villa itself was spacious and beautifully appointed, revealing delightful surprises at every turn with its impressive array of complimentary amenities and services like washing machines and free food. Mr. Tom’s dedication to accommodating our needs made a significant difference; he was instrumental in maximising our holiday experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the expertly organized excursions to the waterpark and the stunning Phi Phi and Khai islands. Thanks to Mr. Tom’s outstanding recommendations, these adventures became treasured memories. Mr Tom even helped us to securely hold our luggage when we needed to check out late, allowing us to enjoy more of our trip without worry. Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay, and we highly recommend this villa for anyone.

This apartment offers free private parking, free shuttle service and free WiFi. The apartment has a hot tub, sun terrace and picnic area, and guests can dine in the restaurant. This is a local family-run small hotel that offers a very warm, homey, cozy vibe with a very high service standard. Expect clean sheets, towels, bathrobes, toiletries, slippers, drinking water, and also a selection of tea and high quality drip coffee bags, EVERYDAY. On top of that, the restaurant is highly recommended. It's a 5-star experience and the chef does know his local ingredients well and will create/adjust/recommend dishes for you. Breakfast may not be exactly the type you expect from international chain hotels, but you'll always get fresh fruits, slices of toast, tea/coffee together with the local selection. I originally booked for 2 nights but ended up staying for almost 2 weeks. Highly recommended for Soi Dog volunteers and those seeking quiet quality time.
