The pools were amazing. They have 5 different pools and mango and coconut were the best ones. Banana is nice and quiet. All of them had a pool car. Rooms were big, balconies were big. Bathroom had a bath and a shower and it was clean. Quiet area. Staff is good as well.

The staff are very friendly , special thanks to the old guy ( floor manager) and to oliver the bartender The place is clean and clearly renovated and well maintained and location is amazing for a peaceful stay away from noise and perfect place to refresh your mind, not to forget the amazing rooftop with the pool especially at night and the jaccuzies Restaurant has very tasty food and very affordable prices comparing to other hotels in phuket

The best thing was Mr. Tom and his staff of polite and qualified professionals. They made every wish possible. No problem went unanswered. Super recommendations on everything from tours, massages, things to do and see. Everything was very clean. I can’t say enough good things about the wholesome atmosphere the entire team provided.

On top of that, the restaurant is highly recommended. It's a 5-star experience and the chef does know his local ingredients well and will create/adjust/recommend dishes for you. Breakfast may not be exactly the type you expect from international chain hotels, but you'll always get fresh fruits, slices of toast, tea/coffee together with the local selection. I originally booked for 2 nights but ended up staying for almost 2 weeks. Highly recommended for Soi Dog volunteers and those seeking quiet quality time.
