Staff friendly and professional . Customer Relation Manager Mr. Murat Turar was so helpful , and had solution-oriented approach with a clear understanding of the issue . It offers different locations , seating areas where you can have your drinks or meetings at several bars, restaurants far from boring usual hotel atmosphere with excellent service and visual architectural integrity.

Very clean and spacious rooms, perfect location close to the main downtown. Sheik Zayed Rd, and Jumeirah. The design of the hotel is modern and funky , laundry services available, praying room, gym, nice pool, very good value for money.

Everything. The professionalism from the staff was impeccable. Jackie at the reception, Isaac who was cleaning and both John and Mahendra at the restaurant. All these guys really helped make my stay awesome. Also, apparently I am now a Rover. So don't expect me anywhere but at a Rove Hotel wherever I go.
