The location is perfect in Dubai Marina with very good communications, the service is absolutely outstanding and it really makes a difference, from the first moment of the welcoming message at the time of booking to the time you leave the premises the staff are really attentive to any need you may have at any moment and happy to offer solutions to make your stay memorable. The check in process and check out process are very efficient. The rooms are clean and tidy and all facilities in perfect condition. You always feel as being the first person to ever enter the room. The flexibility in payment is something I appreciate as I have little ability to be able to fully confirm te trip till the last minute.

ALL staff went out of their way to be extra polite, warm and paid attention. Customer service was a great experience. Great location too

Breakfast is the most fascinating thing!

This hotel offers truly excellent value for money. The beds are extremely comfortable, with high-quality bedsheets, a great bed size, and overall comfort that can absolutely compete with some five-star hotels. The bathroom is also very spacious and well designed, and everything feels luxurious and well maintained. The pool area is very cute and pleasant, and the breakfast buffet is wonderful, with a great selection and high quality. The gym is a bit on the smaller side, and the stretching area could be slightly larger, but it’s still perfectly usable. People at reception desk are extremely helpfull, welcomming and professional, not once i had a bad experience with anyone.

A very good hotel, very clean, in an excellent location right next to the beach. What truly makes a difference, however, is how polite everyone was at the reception and parking. We are especially grateful to the gentleman at the reception who brought chocolates for our little one and greeted us in Greek, which he had learned in Mykonos. It was very kind of him. Thank you!

My stay at Rove JBR was absolutely amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. Special thanks to Eliza at reception and the General Manager for their warm hospitality. We arrived before check-in time and, since my son was sleeping, they kindly allowed us to enter our room early. Check-in was incredibly fast and smooth. The hotel’s location is perfect for families. The restaurant offers delicious breakfast and dinner, and the staff are highly professional. Everything you might need is nearby – supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, beaches, and kids’ play areas. I truly felt at home here, and this will definitely not be my last visit!

The price and the quality combination. And even for this price they’ve got very good breakfast included.

This was not our first stay at the hotel, and once again, we had an absolutely wonderful stay at the hotel! A special thanks to Tamer, the Front Desk Manager, for his exceptional hospitality and for upgrading our room, which made our experience even more memorable. The team went above and beyond by surprising my husband with a delicious birthday cake, adding a personal and thoughtful touch to our celebration. The comfort of the rooms, the impeccable service, and the attention to detail truly set this hotel apart. We highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future!
