Ms. Ranim at the reception greeted me with a warm welcome and upgraded my room. It was a lovely stay. I had gone for a wedding there at the hotel. The food was amazing. Next day when I checked out they asked me about the wedding. The staff were very pleasant and courteous.

This 4-star hotel in Dubai is a 5-minute drive from Mall of the Emirates. Dubai Internet City, Dubai Media City and Knowledge village are also within 10 - 15 mins drive.

Everything was truly faultless, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful , the room was immaculate. They put a lot of care into food, decor and the rooms, which make them unique. I thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone and will definitely be staying there again.
