A quiet place, full organized and the employees were polite with a smile and always ready to help you! I appreciate that in my second day in the hotel they made me a surprise with a birthday cake and a card with wishes cause of my birthday !

Friendly and professional staff. Good breakfast and chocolate bar at the lobby. Our room was big, huge terrace and well furnished. Amazing hotel to stay, good value for money.

The location is perfect in Dubai Marina with very good communications, the service is absolutely outstanding and it really makes a difference, from the first moment of the welcoming message at the time of booking to the time you leave the premises the staff are really attentive to any need you may have at any moment and happy to offer solutions to make your stay memorable. The check in process and check out process are very efficient. The rooms are clean and tidy and all facilities in perfect condition. You always feel as being the first person to ever enter the room. The flexibility in payment is something I appreciate as I have little ability to be able to fully confirm te trip till the last minute.

Clean rooms, friendly staff daily complimentary water and 24/7 coffee available on 1st floor, excellent breakfast, right next to Dubai metro and buses and taxis. Supermarket in walking distance 100m, Highly recommended for families we will definitely visit again.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Rooms are stellar clean with everything you can imagine and could need during your stay - it's provided by the hotel. Staff is amazing, they're polite and ready to help at any time. Breakfast buffet was great with many options available. Pool as well, temperature controlled, clean, perfect! Great value for money, definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!

Had a very pleasant stay at Mercure Barsha Heights. The room was comfortable and the overall stay was really good. Special thanks to Raqeeb for his help — he was very supportive and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Would definitely recommend this hotel.
