SPA experience is very good. I've been in multiple spa around the world. This one was a proper one. Steam room top, perfect sauna, cold water pool was REALLY cold, warm pool was perfect, relax area perfect, private pool perfect as well.
Gym was alright, nothing special but ok.
Food quality at steakhouse restaurant was ok - portion tooooo small. Like 2-3 bites for a 30€ equivalent steak.

We have stayed at many hotels around the world but the hospitality that we received at this hotel is unmatched. Everyone, from Sanjaya at housekeeping, the manager at the restaurant, the reception and just staff in general were extremely helpful, accommodated us over and above and exceeded all our expectations.

The staff is probably one of the most courteous and professional staff I've come across in the world especially the manager Mr Ahmad. One cannot say enough good things about him, he is amazing!
