Absolutely exceptional. Beautiful island, wonderful hotel, view from the room like a dream. Staff incredibly exceptional. Everything was at the highest level. The music at the pool was amazing.

Room cleaning staff were great - boat staff and receptionists all very good

Excellent location and caring personnel.

I loved my stay, the staff were very kind and helpful - especially Mahan :) Thank you very much for the hospitality and your kindness. I will back for sure!

It is great that the entire Jumeirah 1 beach is now open.

From the very first moment we received a warm, professional and courteous treatment from the staff. From the car being taken to the parking lot, through the quick and pleasant check-in to receiving the room earlier than expected – everything went perfectly. The room was excellent – spacious, clean and decorated, with a spectacular view of the sea and the Sky View. The breakfast was of a very high standard, with a rich and high-quality selection, and the service was exceptional. As part of the half-board plan, we enjoyed excellent dinners – in the main restaurant and also in the Japanese restaurant on the seventh floor, both of which provided a unique and meticulous culinary experience. Even at check-out at noon, they continued to accompany us with a smile and great service, which summed up a simply perfect vacation

Hello all All I can say is that it's a lovely hotel with fantastic personnel. I'm having a great time at the JW Marriott.

What I loved most about the Paramount was its cinematic vibe and the rooftop pool area: it really feels like a glamorous escape in Dubai. A Special Thanks to Front Office Team !

Amazing new hotel in Dubai Downtown Amazing staff

We arrived very early in the morning and not only did the hotel let us into the room with no additional charge, but they surprised us for our anniversary - they had arranged for rose petals and swan towels on our bed and a hot bath topped with rose petals all by 6.30 am in the morning! The amazing view from the room, the staff - always so happy and eager to help - even remembering what coffee we had each morning at breakfast - truly amazing!

Nice and helpful staff, clean rooms and the close to metro very convenient for travelling easily with metro.
