Hotels near Area 47, Oetz

I liked the view of the mountains the most. Overall everything is nice, if I have the chance again I will definitely visit Area 47 again

Simply fantastic, I would definitely like to come back.

Exceptional food, bikes and SPA.

Friendly and helpful staff, live music in bar at night, excellent indoor spa facilities and outdoor heated pool. Delicious buffet breakfast. We would love to return one day!

The breakfast and meals were excellent, and the peaceful surroundings made it an ideal base for excursions. It is also a great choice for families with children. The room was spotless and of a acceptable size. Parking was comfortable in front of the Gasthof.

Unbelievable experience! Honestly the best value for money I’ve ever had. The rooms are huge, the breakfast is great, the spa is incredibly relaxing, and the balcony view is pure magic. On top of that, the Guest Card they provide saved us a lot and added so much value. It’s not a luxury resort, but it’s just absolutely spot-on. Spotless, authentic, and perfect. Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

We have stayed in a lot of great places in the last few weeks but this family really make you feel welcome, they are so friendly and helpful, great facilities for storing bicycles, able to dry bags and clothes (we arrived after a thunderstorm). A top class hotel with excellent food and the best people.

Very nice family boutique hotel

Very pleasant stay! I spent three nights here. Great base for exploring beautiful wide neighbourhood, including Zugspitze. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean. Delicious food in the restaurant with huge Wienerschnitzel!

Very friendly and helpful staff, got to put my bicycles in a spacious locked garage for the night. Room was clean and comfortable, even had a little balcony :) Breakfast was simple, but had selection nevertheless.

Apartment, location and great breakfast

Beautiful property, great location and fantastic staff

Great location to get to ski resorts, owners and staff were very friendly and accommodating. Lots of advice on the local area. Lots of parking. Nice town and restaurants.

Location. Clean and lovely rooms. Good breakfast. Great location to ski at kuhtai or the local mountain steps from the local pension.

Very good breakfast. The room is big and have good view.

Breakfast was excellent - wide choice and good quality. Also one could have it until 10:30 which is great (in some hotels it finishes too early). Relaxing sauna area and a great massage (by Inez).
