A beautifully designed room with an elegant atmosphere

The hotel has great location if you look out for city life and shopping. It offers really nice breakfast and has Sicilian restaurant with some tasty things on menu. Great base to venture out to Vienna.

Lovely traditional place. In the center of Vienna. You can go wherever you like on foot. Its close to everything. Warm room with nice view. It was quite clean and very comfortable.other people say was difficult to find when you arrive but we found it very easy!! Will visit this place again for sure!!

The location is great. The room is very nice and the staff was amazing 👏

Location was very good. 5 minutes walk from Wien Mitte.

Location is perfect, super cleaned, staff ready to assist with any request. Warm environment, hassle free holidays. Strongly recommended

Location excellent. Great breakfast! Very serviceminded and friendly personnel.

Very good location, easy to find!

Personal was extremely friendly, nothing was a problem at any time. Loved the location, how the whole place felt, really great experience.

The classy design & spaciousness of the room sets this hotel apart from others I have stayed during my trip in Austria & even other parts of the world. The complimentary tea is such a nice gesture for guests. Breakfast is great, the eggs were done with perfection. I also love the location which makes my last day such a breeze as I can walk to wien mitte to drop off my luggage in the day for my night flight as I bought the CAT ticket and carry on my sightsee. It is also close enough to walk to city centre & yet away in a quieter area which I prefer. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit to Vienna.

The place was nicely renovated, staff were very helpful. The location was also ideal, only 5 mins walking distance from the opera house. We enjoyed our stay, and it also had excellent breakfast offers so I would definitely recommend to have breakfast there as well.

Love this hotel and the location. Breakfast is amazing and Edin the manager is so helpful. I come every year and wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Vienna.

Great location. Very clean. Helpful staff.

Location, concierge, excellent staff

The location was top!! I really liked the bartender who was the nicest of all the staff members along with the kind man who was in charge of holding our luggage. The nicest most human interactions were from them. The breakfast was very good and the woman making the omelettes was very kind and friendly.
