The Hotel Sacher is a beautiful hotel in an exceptionally high-quality traditional style. Our rooms were an oasis aesthetically and functionally designed with the guests' comfort the upper most consideration. The bars and restaurants were a delight with superb drinks and cuisine. We had an exquisite after Opera dinner in the Grune Bar, and, of course, we had to order the famous Sacher Torte in the Cafe Sacher. The hotel breakfast was extensive with a buffet, and a la carte options served in either the gentle morning room or the Grune Bar and was a lovely way to start the day. The staff, regardless of their position, were extremely polite, friendly, and very well trained. All our requests, e.g, for taxis, valet parking, tickets, directions, and advice on attractions, were handled cheerfully and quickly. All these factors have meant that our very happy memories of the Hotel Sacher will not fade.

Everything absolutely spotless and top quality. Rooftop bar and restaurants also definitely must visit.

Free mini bar, a bottle of champagne, and snacks ALL included. I chose the no breakfast option which was a mistake. Their turndown service was just subtle enough that I almost missed it until I noticed the tiny details, which made it all the more spectacular. Although the bedding appears a bit dated, the sheets and duvet are a dream to lay with. I didn't want to leave the bed, until I realized what I had left downstairs... The hotel is built inside a palace and I became lost more than once, ending up in random stairwells, dark cellars, someone's wedding, and gorgeous rooms with massive chandeliers. Highly recommend one of the tours in the wine cellar- you will be led through a history of Vienna, the palace and sample some lovely wines (Im sure) or Champagnes (which I did).

The hotel is beautiful and the location is great. The rooms were very clean and well organized, and the housekeeping staff did an excellent job – everything was spotless and very well maintained during our stay.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful, very well furnished, great facilities (amazing spa and gym), and great emplacement! The rooms are spacious, lovely decoration, and most important the whole staff is very nice and welcoming.

Location and room was spacious!! The bells in the morning were a bit to much.

We were tossing up on paying a bit more and staying in the inner city of Vienna - 100% worth it! The location of Elegnace Studio is unbeatable! Everything is in easy walking distance Room was amazing! So big and clean! 😊

Beautiful, traditional European style making you feel you're really in Europe. Lots of water, teas, coffees and sweet treats which were a nice touch. Also loved that the hotel wrote a personalised note to welcome me!

This Pension was incredible. Amazing location, just two minutes away from the Stephanplatz. We had a chance to stay at the historical building and experience wonderful hospitality. Will be coming back!

we lived the property was central and we walked to all the places we visited . lived the bath in our room and the bed was super comfortable . had an elevator and aircon . many place to sit and people watch enjoying a nice cold lager or wine . you could get breakfast at the hotel . we went out early to enjoy the palace gardens before visiting the sissi museum which was lively and peaceful and cooler as the day got to 30c

Super location for exploring downtown Vienna, very friendly service, lovely breakfast. Also dinner was nice, we eat once at the hotel downstairs restaurant.

Very good location, rooms was clean and comfortable. The hotell is old but very nice. Comfortable rooms with AC and fridge. The breakfast was good and I got my eggs fried on both sides as I like 👌 The coffe served in a coffepot on the table must have been the best I have had on a hotell. Absolutely fantastic and a very good start on the day.
