What a diamond in the rough. I love this place. It can use a bit of an overhaul, but everything works, there's loads of room, great location, sweet staff. I don't understand why it is not the most popular place in the area

A walk from Prahran Market, Chapel Street, Woolies, Coles, and the train station. The room was spacious, quiet, and having a kitchenette in the room was a huge bonus for our stay.

We stayed on room only basis. The room was large enough for our needs. Quite surroundings, swimming pool was cool and the jacuzzi warm. Really enjoyed our stay and will be returning in a few weeks.

The rooms were well appointed, spotless, and had great views. Everything was perfect! It was so good, we extended our stay.

Well located, a nice hotel with good value for money as well, and attentive and helpful staff!

The location was quiet in comparison to the city, which we preferred. Easy access to trams. Overall, a fantastic stay. We’ll definitely be back.
