The hotel was very modern and new. The restaurant was exceptional both for breakfast and lunch.

Everthing. This hotel located besides the beatiful river, the environment around is so great. The location is not related to any public transportation but we have our own car, so it won't be a problem. It has plenty parking place. Room is warm and cozy and has great view from the balcony. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Easy to get to, restaurant discount, chilled bottles of water daily, welcome beverage, clean, and accommodating/helpful staff.

Everything was perfect. Great location for exploring Launceston yet in a quiet location. Comfortable bed and Matt on reception was very helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend staying at the coach house.
