Hotel has a good location, and a great staff!

Good location. Clean rooms. Nice food

I found the stay to be great value for money, with helpful and proactive staff who were well-trained and focused on delivering excellent customer service. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and new, with amenities such as a minibar refrigerator, air conditioning, heating, and complimentary mineral water, tea and coffee bags. The housekeeping service was excellent, providing fresh shampoo, shower gel, hand wash, toothbrushes with toothpaste and Towels daily. The breakfast buffet was delicious, offering a good variety, with staff willing to prepare items not found in the buffet. My room on the third floor had an amazing sea view from the balacony, which enhanced my stay. Additionally, the inclusion of free Wi-Fi was very convenient and contributed positively to my overall experience.

Прекрасный отель для отдыха. Идеальное расположение для наших целей. Высочайший уровень обслуживания. Персонал очень чуткий и отзывчивый. Все наши просьбы не остались без внимания и участия.

Excellent central location—everything is within walking distance—Old City, museums, restaurants, shops, right to Caspian Bulvard, and very quiet at the same time as facing a backyard. Excellent host—from communication during the booking to airport transfer and providing local interest advisory. Two big rooms with a European bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, and laundry facilities.
