We really enjoyed our stay in hotel Shuktara. It is a little hidden oasis in this crazy busy city. We were happy with everything, and mainly thanks to all the staff working hard there. Beginning with smiley security, helpful receptionists, porters, housekeepers and as we spent some time in the roof restaurant, we got known little bit the waiters there, working their best to make their customers happy. Namely manager Kawsar, waiter Ariful and Rafid, who helped us to enjoy our food without any hot spices, as we have more sensitive western mouth. It was a very good experience. Though Hotel is older they maintain it extremely well. The cleaning staff were thorough with my room every day and it was very clean. Breakfast was a great experience, Siphon, Rose, Arman, Munni all were so friendly and i was taken care of like it was my home. Ladies and Gents at the reception were extremely cooperative and attended to me with professionalism Security personnel remembered me and greeted me all the time especially Farzaan and Shahida Thank you all and keep it up
