New, modern, great location! Lady at the Reception was outstanding in her friendliness and professionalism.

The staff was very nice and checking in was very easy. The rooms we're nice and big and the shower was good. In the morning the breakfast was wonderful, instead of a buffet style breakfast where you would need to get the food yourself we got served a bottomless breakfast by the waiters which was very nice.

The rooms are clean and comfortable. We had such good cocktails at the bar. We couldn’t have breakfast there but we saw a pretty nice buffet. You will enjoy your trip to Genk there!

Friendly staffs, with quick response and well support. Very good Breakast and restuarant. My favorit menu is Crazy Chicken Salad.

A wonderful hotel that’s under new family management and has been very recently refurbished. All of the staff were extremely welcoming and accommodating, it’s an absolute delight to stay somewhere where it’s clear that the team really care about their guests.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. We were traveling with our two dogs who also appreciated the dog beds provided in our room. Not every hotel that allows pets actually feels like they care about them as well, but the B&B team certainly does. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Very good hotel. It's not the first time we've stayed at hotels of this chain, and we always have a pleasant experience. Please note that if you have an LPG car, it's better to choose the Astrid parking lot, as other nearby recommended parking lots do not allow entry for gas-powered vehicles.

Location was amazing, right in the city centre! Check-in without reception was a great innovative experience. Room was exceeding expections: clean, good beds, modern bathroom and quiet.

it is one of the best (and loveliest) hotels i have been to. very good location (right at the center) and 10min walk from the train station. the hotel has an amazing design and the rooms are wide, comfortable and fun to stay in. the breakfast is an artwork! soooo amazing! thanks to the staff for the great stay!

The registrator upon arrival was very friendly and kind. There was the possibility to order breakfast, but we didn't order one. It's really good, that you can check in at any time of day or night. The outside of the hotel and the terrace are really beautiful and maintained, parking has a lot of space.

We arrived to the hotel on a business trip, it was cold and we were tired. They told us we had double booked. Then things changed. Fouzia helped us organize everything with a huge, contagious smile on her face. We had a beer in the bar and the day turned around just like that. While we were there Elena arrived for her shift, and carried the same energy as Fouzia and was an absolute pleasure to speak to. The hotel is clean with ample rooms, great value for money and ideally located to the city center. Any with staff like this I cant recommend enough. Thanks!
