Excellent hotel - perfect location at the very center of old Brugge, convenient parking under hotel. Nice family rooms, spacious. Very good and freshly cooked breakfast. But what makes a difference is the hotel staff - always attentive, always friendly and always ready to help. We have been visiting this hotel for many years and it never disappoints.

Rooms were beautiful, clean and well equipped, as were the swimming and sauna area. The public areas of the hotel are designed with taste and are partly historical heritage. The hotel lies smack in the middle of the historical center of Bruges, but we didn't have any trouble with noise during our stay. We parked at the nearby parking garage Pandreitje for €15,80 / 24 hours, which we found a fair price. The staff was very friendly and recommended us what we could go and see in the city during our brief stay. The breakfast was excellent! Easily among the very best hotels I have yet stayed at.
