A very warm greeting on arrival. The hotel is lovely and set about five minutes from the main square. The room was lovely and nothing was too much trouble for the owners of the hotel. They made us feel welcome.

Hotel was so central, very clean and the staff were helpful and polite. The breakfast was very good and great value. We were in the rooms around the corner and the staff member showed us directly to our room. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Bruges

My favourite hotel stay on our Europe trip. Rooms were beautiful, adjustable temperature, very clean and a very comfy bed. The breakfast and dinner was delicious and they catered well for gluten free when asked. Great location to explore this magical city.

- Excellent central location - Our rooms were delightful and large with a great view over the canal - Nespresso coffee machine, tea and bottled water in the room - Great staff - Parking across the canal - I would definately recommend this hotel and will stay in it again
