Location was good, concert just across the road. Plenty of parking spaces near in neighborhood. Breakfast place had plenty of space and food was tasty and generous.

Everything was fine. Great location close to the city centre (and for the shuttle to Alcatraz). Breakfast was great. Room was clean and staff very helpful.

Garbage and they do not care about the customer’s comfort. In the end, garbage. I left the hotel without making the reservation. They did not return my money. I do not advise you.

Third time we have stayed here. Perfect stay. Paid cheap parking on the door step, easy check in and excellent facilities. Excellent breakfast and really friendly staff.

The sauna offers a beautiful view of the garden, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. The culinary experience was outstanding. The restaurant focuses on fresh, regional ingredients and prepares every dish with great care and attention to detail. I truly felt that the kitchen is striving for Michelin-star quality. The breakfast was equally impressive, with a great selection of fresh and high-quality products. A special thank you goes to the staff, who were exceptionally friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. I felt genuinely welcomed throughout my stay. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time here and would highly recommend this hotel. I will definitely be back and look forward to checking in again.

Very nice hotel. Though the entrance is a bit deep from the square, the hotel gives a sense of warm with his chimney. Spacious rooms awaits you. The breakfast included was a cherry on the top.

It has been a while since I had a breakfast that good in a hotel (variety, quality). Walking distance to city center, clean, friendly discreet staff. Can stay here and enjoy holiday in Lille, Bruges and Gent (all closer than 1 hour drive).

Super friendly staff and the breakfast was amazing. We all love the contemporary design and big rooms. The contrast between modern and old works really well. At least we love it. Big shout out to Baskal the man behind the bar! We will be back soon!
