I am perfectly happy with my stay at this hotel. It is housed in a renovated heritage building and has retained some of its original features, creating a historic yet tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. Staying overnight in Bruges is well worth it, especially since the hotel is right next to Minnewater. The room is spacious and comfortable, with an amazing view from the window.

Absolutely lovely place – beautiful and cozy, with a charming interior and a wonderful garden. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The hosts Bart & Evert were incredibly kind, helpful and easy to communicate with. We truly enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back again. Highly recommended!

The setting was beautiful and the staff were dedicated to making sure my stay was great. Amazing breakfast too. As someone that is gluten free, they got my GF buns and curated a whole GF breakfast for me. Hotel was clean and parking included was so nice.

Great price, nice clean and tidy, quiet location been twice now. The staff/owners were absolutely fantastic as on 30th dec the eurotunnel suspended all crossings so had to divert too get the ferry thus making us really late for checking in but they allowed us to check in later once reception had shut by giving us a code to get into the premises front door and our room keys and relevant info were all in an envelope for us giving us a huge sigh of relief.new will definitely be back!

It was so lovely place😍I had a room for one person, there was so cleane and cosy! The quiet hotel in 5 min to the center! The hotel have a restaurant with friendly waiters. I’ve been in four countries during my journey, and only here hostess helped me with my bags♥️

The staff was incredibly attentive and friendly. I visited with my son, and they welcomed us with sweets, which was such a lovely gesture. On my birthday they even surprised me with the cutest wish card and chocolate. I’m truly thankful for such a warm and thoughtful experience.

Everything's perfect. Clean in a great part of town and quiet, lots of amenities and everything was great. I highly recommend it

Perfect location on a quiet side street in the middle of the Old Town in Brugge. Nice and cosy rooms. Very nice with air conditioning in the double rooms! Staff extremely nice and helpful. Gave us loads of tips on local restaurants (with free-drink-vouchers!), good parking garages and where to buy tickets for the canal boat ride.

To be honest, I booked this accommodation last minute while I was already in Bruges. And to my great surprise, I hit the jackpot! The suite was simply beautiful, located in the city center, just a minute from the parking , in a historic old building. We were greeted by two wonderful girls who showed us around the suite, which is done with love, care, and warmth. You'll also be pleasantly surprised, as this suite is equipped with the latest technology, including automatic lights, a huge bedroom with a super-sized screen, and everything is controlled from one convenient tactile tablet. I was hoping for a suite at a hotel, but instead got a cozy two-story apartment with all the amenities for a family and in the city center. A smart suite is awesome. Furthermore, we were greeted and shown around, and received warm attention. I rarely recommend hotels in my 20-year professional career and using Booking.com, but this time I can definitely say that what I saw and received as a service pleasantly surprised me. I 100% recommend it, take a suite!

THE LOCATION HANDS DOWN IS THE USP OF THIS HOTEL. OUR CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT WAS FAST AND PRECISE. THE BREAKFAST WAS ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC. CHRISTINA WAS AN AMAZING HOST AND MADE US FEEL VERY WELCOME AND AT HOME. THIS QUAINT HOTEL TAKES YOU BACK TO THE YESTER-YEARS OF SMALL AND INTIMATELY RUN FAMILY INNS.

I recently had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, always ready with a smile and helpful advice. It truly made a difference to my experience. One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast. The spread was fantastic, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options to choose from. It was the perfect way to start each day. The hotel's location is also ideal. It's situated just a short walk from the central square, making it incredibly convenient for exploring the city's main attractions. Despite its proximity to the bustling center, the hotel itself was surprisingly peaceful and quiet, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I also really appreciated the hotel's flexibility. My flight wasn't until later in the day, and they kindly allowed me to stay in my room for an extra two hours past the check-out time, without any additional charge. This was a huge convenience and demonstrated their excellent customer service. Finally, I must commend the hotel on its cleanliness and orderliness. My room was spotless, and the entire hotel was well-maintained and tidy. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. The combination of friendly staff, a fantastic breakfast, a perfect location, and exceptional service made for a truly enjoyable stay."
