The staff at the reception and restaurant

In the terminal, great for transit travelers

Clean and location and people.

Superb location for train/air travel. Very clean and comfortable.

The hotel is close to the airport with a free shuttle bus which is very convenient. I stayed only one night and woke up early. The bed was convenient and the staff was very nice. The take away breakfast in the morning was exactly what I needed.

Very clean, airy and spacious rooms. The bar/restaurant has very good choice of music, prompt servers and good food.

Comfy beds and great breakfast

Simple transfer from airport. Nice room, plenty of proper hot water in shower. Good breakfast, not a large range of items but much better than I've had generally in Canada. Despite being right near the airport I wasn't disturbed by Aircraft or Road noise at all. Very comfortable bed. Staff were lovely. Will stay here again

Fresh clean. Super comfy beds.

Price and location (near from airport)

Is clean and nice to stay 😊

The reception was great and the facilities topnotch

The staff that worked last night when I checked in were so friendly…it was a long day of delays and they were super nice

The shuttle service and how close it was to the airport . My flight got cancelled and very last minute I had to scramble and find a hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful and well kept up and had great amenities. Wished my layover was two day instead 14 hours!
