The rooms and hotel are beautifully decorated and furnished! I appreciate the attention to detail, you won’t find one blemish and if you do, I’d be willing to bet the hotel management will correct it. We loved the complimentary, and easy, parking. Their program to enter and exit the building and your room is very cool as well - It’s all controlled from your phone! The hotel reception were absolutely delightful!

Very clean, polite and helpful staff. Newly opened kids room helped us a lot during the spartan race weekend, as well as included Blue Mountain activities. Hot tub and pool was one of the best part of our stay. Going to book this hotel again and again :)

The room is amazing, very spacious and with a fireplace, which makes it even cozier. It's one of the few hotels in Blue Moutain that is pet-friendly and we felt it's really welcoming to our dog. The staff is amazing, the food at the hotel restaurant is really good, and it is at a very fair price. The hotel is located inside of the village and a few steps away from the lift, which makes it even more perfect The trip was amazing and I'll be staying at this hotel next time I go to Blue Mountain for sure

Very convenient location right by the lift. Short walk to pedestrian village. Staff are fantastic. On site restaurant and pub is nice. Also it’s the only Blue Mountain resort hotel with an indoor pool (except maybe the Westin??) Outdoor hit tubs are nice too.

Location is great! We actually preferred The Blue Mountains to Wasaga Beach. It was quiet, the 2 full baths were a bonus. The pool and hot tubs allowed us to unwind from our days and the Indian Spices restaurant was amazing!
