Citadelle was cozy and suited our needs well. Slightly far from City Center,but quick Uber or bus ride will take you where you want to go. Cleaning lady was very polite but needs to learn some English phrases,otherwise some sign language skills might be necessary.

So beautiful. In the old town clise to everything. Very close to the citadel. Great hostess and increadible breakfast...beautifully decorated. We even used the terrace to drink coffee and enjoy the view..

Very clean. Lovely warm shower. Friendly and efficient welcome. Very close to many of the must-see attractions in the city, for example the river, the Citadelle and the Chateau. Plenty of places to eat very nearby.

The location was perfect for our needs. 5 mins walk to The Citadel; less than 10 mins walk to the Chateau Frontenac; less than 10 mins walk to the meeting place for bus tours, walking tours, and tourist info. Coffee shop across the road; many restaurants within 5- 10 mins walk.
Our room had a balcony with double doors (stained glass), our own little balcony where we could watch the daily life on Rue St. Ursule; and old wooden shutters on the windows which helped to darken the room and block sound.

Beautiful hotel, the rooms are excellent and everything was exceptionally clean. The location of the hotel is amazing with short walks to old Quebec, the citadel and the park.
The bar has great options and excellent drinks for a reasonable price. The upstairs terrace for hotel guests was also lovely.
All in all a great stay and an amazing hotel. The free shuttle service to the airport was great too.

The hotel is very well located - near the Chateau Frontenac, The Citadel and the Plains of Abraham. Very good restaurants nearby. We had a very spacious room which was well laid out and had all the amenities we needed. The king size bed was very comfortable and the breakfast options were good.

Excellent location - in the old town - close to the Citadel.
Room clean with comfortable bed. Though small the bathroom worked well.
Nice breakfasts, great oatmeal, I wished that I could have had more. Nice to have access to tea and coffee all day.

The location is excellent, with lots of good restaurants right across the street. It is also walking distance to the Citadel and the National assembly. The hotel is modern and well run, staff are helpful and knowledgeable. We booked a king suite and it was spacious and had fabulous views of the armory and the plains of Abraham.
