Overnight layover. Was perfect

Great hotel for a good price, has everything we needed - comfy beds, quiet rooms, good breakfast, perfectly hot shower, Starbucks on premises, close to SFU

The staff were amazing! Friendly, helpful and efficient. The room was very comfortable and the view was beautiful

The lady in Reception was exceptionally helpful and friendly and I was impressed by her kindness. The room we stayed in was a good size and very comfortable.

It was so awesome to stay in this motel Yes, it’s not new BUT it’s vintage and it’s huge pros here. Everything what you need for stay is in each unit. Also hot water was always there, according to previous reviews it wasn’t enough hot, but it was extremely hot during our stay I guess this motel is supposed to charge extra because a lot of movies and series were filmed here. So lovely and cozy place. Definitely will come back

Like the renovations they did. Rooms are looking much better.

Close to the airport, free airport shuttle, very kind and helpful staff, fun vibe! We would stay here again! Recommended!

Perfect location, nice ambiance , clean room and premises, excellent staffs. I initially paid for one night but ended up paying for two to show you how much I loved it and did not want to leave. I highly recommend.

Rooms are new and a great layout. Plenty of room and a coffee station as you enter the room. Beds comfortable

Well positioned in Metrotown for shopping and food

After a long day of travel and arriving about !:00 AM, we were incredibly grateful for the very welcoming staff who helped with getting our luggage to our room. Fresh and comfortable room, thick towels, lovely beds, blackout curtains! Then always a smiling staff and a wonderful buffet breakfast with more helpful and cheerful staff. Dinner with shared plates presented in an easy manner. Drinks we could take to our room. Easy transportation with skytrain and bus right across the street to anywhere in Vancouver. The Hyatt Place Metrotown is a gem.

Very good, had private bathroom that had a normal door.

Convenience to get to and from the airport.

Breakfast was really delicious! First of all, there are many kind of food for breakfast. And airport shuttle bus service is excellent.
