Location was excellent for my purposes. Room very comfortable. Restaurant available at hotel.

The staff at front desk and Joyce’s pub and breakfast

The concierge / receptionist (same one both times I’ve been there) was outstanding. He asked us about ourselves, what brought us here, if we needed a late checkout & was considerate about asking us if we needed to be away from noisier / crowded areas of the hotel so we could relax more.

Clean room very nice free breakfast and a percentage off my meal when I ate in the restaurant counter staff very friendly remembered my room number when I checked out very impressive dining room staff very friendly

It's a great place to stay in a good Location, rooms and Parking. Right next to mall

Location was wonderfully close to everything, but had a peaceful view.

The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to help us. The breakfast was absolutely delicious. The indoor pool and spa was the icing on the cake.

We had a problem with the coffee maker and a new one was brought to our room quickly. The staff could not have been nicer!!

The slide is always a hit with my kids and the Nespresso machines made the experience top notch .

I like the facility, the room, the cleanliness.

The staff was amazing. I got a call before we went for our stay from a staff member who noticed we had a toddler and we were scheduled in a room without a tub. She called me to specifically ask if I would prefer the tub instead. Above and beyond ❤️👏🏻

Breakfast were fabulous (and free) and there was plenty.

breakfast was really good and thank you for that
