Very clean and comfortable room. Shower was the best we’ve experienced in a hotel. Good location. Good breakfast. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, especially staff on the front desk. We recommend this place and wouldn’t hesitate to return if we visit Montréal again.

From administration, managers, Receptionists,kitchen crew,maids crew, maintenance crew. I'm telling you guys...... All staff make you feel like home.. Best experience EVER

Location perfect, friendly staff

The location in Old Montreal was fantastic. All major tourist sites an easy walk away - e.g. Grand Roue and the Notre Dame replica. The old cobbled streets and shops were delightful and filled with tourist shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, all within 5-10 mins walk from the hotel. The hotel itself is situated on a quiet street so no heavy traffic or noise. Breakfast was fabulous with such a great variety of food to choose from. We were able to check in 2 hours early and on check out, we were able store our bags (at no cost) and could either wait in the lobby - which had plenty of comfortable seating and sofas, or wander around as we liked. Staff were fantastic - we just loved the hotel.

It was SUCH a good stay. The room I was in had the most amazing view from all windows, both in the day and at night. The room itself was really nice too - the bed was comfortable, the shower was great, the yellow mirror on the wall was also quite a good touch - it made the room feel even more spacious. There was a microwave, a coffee maker, an iron, everything one would need for a short or long stay. The location was perfect too - it's next to Chinatown and the Old Town is within a walking distance. Other great areas are also accessible by walk or public transport (as a European, I value that A LOT).

The location, close the metro. The beds are so comfortable, hotel room was clean. Staff are always friendly and attentive. Nice indoor pool. Close by to retail stores for shopping.

Excellent location in Vieux Montreal and a short walking distance from the 747 airport bus stop. They were very flexible with my check in time, and super helpful. The bed was amazingly comfortable.

Good location ! Good bed if you have a room with a king bed. I also appreciated that the bathroom and shower soap/gel/shampoo etc. were made in Canada. They upgraded us because there was a plumbing issue with our toilet in the first room, also had an issue with the A/C it was really hot but after we switched room it was fine. The staff was really really nice and polite, they apologize for the issues we had with the room and upgraded us, they went out of their way to try fix the problems.

Everything was amazing, as always, is my second time there, and I love it. Breakfast was delicious, and the bed was comfortable

Bed was comfy, pillows too soft. Give both soft and firm for us who loves firm.
