Clean neat and in good shape, love room size and location

Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly

Room was clean and useful. Bed was good. Breakfast spread could have been a little more. But not complaining really. Staff was very courteous and professional. Ample parking. Good location within the city.

We stayed an extra day, and staff accommodated that. They were friendly, competent and polite.

Remodeled; refurbished; repainted. A very well appointed room. My TV remote did not work properly and the staff person I notified fixed the problem QUICKLY. Great value.

The climate control was quiet and effective. The mattress felt new and very supportive yet comfortable. The receptionist in the morning inquired what my route was as she was making anyone going to Toronto aware of a closure on the 400. I got points for my stay and free breakfast.

Excellent location and a variety of options for breakfast. We enjoyed the pool facilities and the decor made our Christmas vacation extra warm and comforting.

Upon checking in I found the staff at the desk very helpful, friendly, and fun to talk to. Without hesitation I extended my stay from one night to two nights. It was a good location for us to see what we wanted to in the Sudbury area.

Very convenient location if you travel along the highway and need to stop for a night. The room was large and pretty clean; I would say cleaner than most other hotels I stayed on my way.

We thought that Nathalie and Madyson were so friendly when checking us in. Too bad more hotels/motels don’t have employees like them!
