From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in experienced, well trained hands. We were especially impressed with room service. They responded to requests, (often not on the menu) with unusual understanding and even better, everything that arrived at our room was delicious. The staff members we encountered, without exception, inquired about our satisfaction with the hotel. Everyone is well trained and good at what they do. Therefore I must believe that this attention to detail starts with senior management at guest services and that magic works its way throughout the hotel. The view from our room was spectacular but the people who work there are even better. Thank you for a memorable stay, Rimrock!

If you stay in Banfu, I strongly recommend this hotel. Especially book the mountain view room. You'll see the best scenery. I'll stay here next time. And all the staff are kind. Thank you for Rudson's kind guidance. It also lends Bear spray and teaches you how to use it in detail. Thank you.

Excellent value for money. Comfortable room and a great central location. Very good to be able to use the spa facilities in the hotel next door for free. This was also a good breakfast option.
