The host was truly fenomonal. In every aspect he was guiding me the way. The check in for the hotel was at the neighbour hotel next door which was easy to reach. The parking in front of the hotel is very nice. I stayed in the Steinbock and this was absolutely perfect for a solo traveller for one night. I also enjoyed the full breakfast and had dinner in the hotel which was good too. They even allowed me to shower the next day which topped it off!

The food was beautiful, especially the deserts. The prices were quite high for someone coming from the UK but we expected this. The ski-in and ski-out facilities were superb including the warm boot room. The room was simple but comfortable and the staff very helpful. For an independent traveller the proximity to the bus stop and gondola were ideal and the ski pass discount offered by the hotel was very welcome. Try the fondue and the raclette.
