Very cozy and comfortable hotel with self check in via phone. Clean room, comfortable bed, extra furniture for cozy feeling.

The breakfast was really enjoyable. The food in the other restaurants was excellent also. I particularly liked the Grill Restaurant… the fish was divine as was the baked potato with the sour cream.. Yum!

Great location. About 5 mins from Zurich HB. 10mins to many attractions/shopping. Very responsive to enquiries. Will definitely be back.

We had such a lovely time at this hotel. The staff was exceedingly kind and friendly, the room wasn’t too big but really well equipped and functional, with hangers, enough storage space for clothes and in the bathroom, great lighting, a very nice desk, a mini fridge, a kettle to make coffee and tea… everything. Besides, we were travelling with our little dog and they left a soft bed for her, a bowl and a treat that she loved. Breakfast was also very good, with a fairly good selection and great quality. In summary, super recommended place!

Fabulous location, room was big. Bathroom lovely. Has luggage storage lockers (free). Building has a lift and window blinds to manage heat/sunlight.

It’s basic but has everything you need (expect a desk in case you want to work) and it’s clean. Close to quellerstrasse tram stop which makes it great for HB. Great and smooth self check-in process There is a small alimentary store downstairs and many restaurants and store close by

It was expensive but pretty comfortable I slept like a baby and the room was nice

Such a comfortable bed! A little street noise if you open the window, but I slept well with ear plugs. Lovely clean warm shower. Highly recommend!

What an excellent hotel nearby a very cosy neighborhood in Zurich. The hotel staff was super nice, what a pleasant way to begin your stay when someone helps you with such professionalism and positive and friendly attitude! It was an excellent choice of hotel, room is clean and neat, you have access to public transport so closeby and can go quickly to the center and enjoy the city. Breakfast was yummy with great options and seems like some of the items were homemade? It made it extra special. Loved this place!

There was nothing not to like. It was exceptional

The hotel location is its main attraction which is only 5 stops by tram to Central station where all types of transport to take you to other locations. The staff are absolutely friendly, Ivan who checked us in is very helpful. They also accomodate our request of late check-out. There is a grocery shop next to the hotel. The tram stop is very close to the hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean, what more can I ask😊

All the staff is very attentive and helpful, the receptionists are a 10 in attention and kindness, Quiet and well located, close to the train station and within walking distance of restaurants and attractions.

Location, self checkin and cleanliness

Breakfast included a variety of breads, and spreads, one boiled egg, cheese, and coffee or tea. Very intimate dining room and the service was superb. The hotel was located very near the Central Train Station, and bus transportation was nearby. It was very hot when I visited, and one day upon returning from the Lindt Chocolate Factory, the air conditioning in the room had been turned on, and this really helped me cool off, and keep my chocolates from melting. The room also had a well stocked mini-bar. Ample shelf space for storing clothing, Very clean room and bathroom. Excellent front desk service!

The self check-in is nice, it may be a problem for some people, but there is a person in front desk to help. Breakfast is perfect, so nice. Location is also perfect, few minutes from the main train station (on foot)
