A truly exceptional hotel with an outstanding level of customer service and attention to detail. The food was amazing, the staff were so polite and helpful and made it easy to make bookings for ski lift, Glacier 3000 and transfers which can all be made at the hotel. I enjoyed every aspect of my stay at the Glacier Hotel and noted that it was kept in impeccable condition, maintained to the highest standard. The pool was heated to a warm and comfortable temperature, making it a welcome after day out in the snow. And the room was absolutely pristine! As if I had been the only guest. A truly special hotel with a unique and welcoming feel, topped off by fantastic food and a warm welcome. It is also in the best location for access to the mountains and glaciers that surround it. Thank you for an amazing and memorable stay and to all the staff that made it so.

This hotel is incredible and the location magic. The staff was extremely nice and very helpful. I travelled with my dog and we had a bed for him in the room, and the staff would always bring him water in the restaurant too. The food in the restaurant is delicious, beyond expectations. Breakfast was amazing too! Thank you so much for this beautiful break, such an experience. We will be back in spring too!
