We had a wonderful stay, it was our first time in Beijing and we couldn't have felt more welcomed. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive from the moment we arrived. They offered us drinks right away, helped carry our bags upstairs, and even upgraded our room Throughout our stay, they were always happy to help with anything we needed. I asked for some band-aids, which they didn't have on hand, but they immediately ordered some for me. The room itself was spacious, clean and very comfortable. The hotel is in a historic alley, just a 10-minute walk from the subway, which made it easy to get around the city. Overall, a fantastic experience, we felt truly taken care of and would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Beijing.
