The location of hotel is great, so convenient to take trains/subway, and you can visit Zoo directly within 5 minutes by foot, don't miss the view from mall nearby, some cute animals can be seen through the huge and transparent glass.

I've stayed there twice and it's a great location and a great hotel ,staff are brilliant too

The staff were incredible - friendly, kind, efficient and good at their jobs. They gave us our spotless room early, refreshed our room thoughfully, stored our luggage the day we left, and gave our daughter a surprise rendition of Happy Birthday on her special day. The conversion of the building into a hotel is very well done. We loved our room with high ceilings and beautiful light from the windows. Oh... and the location was great. Convenient to the public transport, plenty of eating spots, and the zoo.

The service was exceptional! very friendly staff welcomed us with champagne and a surprise cake in our room. Dinner at the restaurant was fantastic, with amazing main courses and delicious cocktails - unfortunately the starter food we ordered was ok. Breakfast was also very tasty. This hotel offers rare, attentive 5-star service in Germany. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable stay!

Everything was perfect. Staff was amazing, the room was big and very comfy. Spa is ok! Besides being a little small (the inside pool, mainly), it was not that busy. Plus, it is a portuguese hotel! Ahah

The hotel is located in the city center, making it easy to walk to all the main historical attractions. There are plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming.

Location, location, location. Berlin is not a large city, the hotel is not in the centre but the underground was just outside and Berlin was at our fingertips.

Hotel is in an amazing location close to all the main shopping streets, the design is very modern and high end! The rooms were very clean and modern also! Also the hotel has an amazing rooftop bar on the top! The staff is very polite too! I would definitely stay again in my next visit in Berlin!

Everything, all the facilities, the views, the fact that the window opens, the bed was extremely comfortable!!! The pillows were amazing very comfortable. The soaps were smelling amazing, and the lighting options in the room were great. The stuff was exceptional, i was sick and they found an emergency pharmacy for me.

The room was spacious and clean, and it had all the necessary amenities. The breakfast was tasty and diverse.
