Fantastic, super-helpful and kind staff at the reception - 2 different people, both among the kindest people out there. FANTASTIC LOCATION - truly 2 min from Hamburg Hauptbahnhof Everything was really clean and tidy, no bad odours, non-smoking rooms, my room was towards a quiet yard. Very practical and felt safe.

The hotel was flexibile with my booking and they accepted to rebook due to snow storm in 11Jan 2026 that canceled the trains to Nord Germany. Excelent staff. Due to rebooking I had an excelent city break in Hamburg.

The staff were helpful and friendly location was great for busses and trains to explore and to and from airport the man at reception was very friendly and helpful and answered any questions we had I'm sorry I do not remember his name we will definitely be coming back and bringing the kids next time the room was clean the shower room was beautiful

The hotel is on good location whether you want to use metro (metro station is 3 minutes walk) or uber or taxi. Rooms are very clean and comfy. Spa is was also great after sightseeing all day long :) Check in and reception staff was very polite, nice and the check in/out very prompt. Would recommend it to a friend.

Nice location. There are several supermarkets nearby. I like cooking myself , this apartment was a quite good choice for me. Fortunately , I carried a very light cutting board and knife that I bought at 100Yen shop in Japan😁. The hotel provide morning food, you can enjoyed your morning at lovely garden terrace of the apartment. And they change towels once tow days. Very easy way of self-checkin and self-checkout. If I visit this city again, I will stay at this hotel again. Thank you !!

Really friendly hotel and very comfortable, great location close to main station. The owner was most attentive and helpful. Breakfast was excellent and really good value for money. Highly recommended!
