Rooms are comfy and clean. Breakfast is nice. It was a nice stay overall. The lady at the Concierge is phenomenally good at her job. I use the concierge everywhere I go, and she is just better than anyone else.

Exceeded my expectations, clean, comfortable, modern, and friendly service

Excellent check in - attentive and informative without being over the top. Fantastic location, especially for the Christmas markets and main shopping streets. Leads right to old town so we walked everywhere with no problems. The room was spacious. Great bed. Excellent products in the bathroom (even conditioner, and not some 2 in 1 or none at all) and the shower was exceptional. Nespresso machine and staff were happy to top up the pods as needed as we were there four nights. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip.

The staff is friendly, the hotel is in a good location, clean, quiet, the rooms are comfortable and very nicely arranged.

Location was good, near the central train and coach station. Easy to travel around town, 5-10' walk to the river side. Many restaurants, bars and places to visit near by. Room was cleaned every morning, towels changed. AC was working flawlessly, No noise from outside the hotel (6th floor) or corridor and next door rooms.

Great staff, very friendly and patient with me, considering I only spoke English. Grateful they spoke both German and English. Close proximity to everything such as food, sights, tours etc. Rooms are clean and has all the essentials. My first room had no curtains and staff kindly gave me a new room. Plenty of options for breakfast and even let me have a coffee to go. Will definitely be booking here the next time I'm in Frankfurt.

Location is incredibly good. Staff in whatever position are totally dedicated to giving customers exceptional service. The restaurant cooks bavarian style food to a very standard supported by the wide range of own brewed beers. The festive goose is Christmas on a plate. We have visited here a number of times & every time we are there the experience is amazing. We will be back in the summer.

Perfect location, great facilities

A strategically very well-located hotel, within walking distance of the historic city center and with easy access to various public transportation connections. Although the rooms are not big, they are spotless and have everything you need: a bed with a good duvet, a small desk, closet, luggage rack, a good shower, hairdryer, and a full-length mirror. Breakfast is paid separately and is very complete, with a variety of German breads, cold cuts, cheeses, eggs, and coffee or tea. The owners are lovely and provide personalized service, always attentive and willing to help with anything you may need. 100% recommended.

Well located and 10min walking distance to the city centre and to Main river, 2 quick subway stations to the Frankfurt Train station. Room was clean and the large bed was comfy and the heating was working well. Fast check in/out and they kept my luggage for free after check out. There are toilets in the lobby too, in case you need refresh before departure. Overall a nice place to stay.

Compared to other German Hotel, the room size is quite big! And even they have bath, water boiler. Even, the hotel location is very safety!

Really nice location. It is about a 15 minute walk from the centre and 30 minutes from the main train station. However despite not being in the very centre, it is in another area by lots of bars and restaurants. The staff were really nice. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast here but I know that they do offer a breakfast. And they have drinks available to buy in their bar/cafe area downstairs.

The receptionist Mr. Demuri was outstanding, friendly and efficient. Real asset to that Hotel, as you could feel the good energy from the moment you enter the place. Location was excellent, and the value for the money was great.

Would come back any time if it wasn't so far from Australia. On the day of departure, I asked the. young lady at reception for breakfast, and despite the fact that I was late, she put everything back on the buffet. Thanks for that!

Very nice and comfortable hotel, in other words it’s a very quiet place and calm as well. I really enjoyed my stay. In addition, the staff were very friendly, polite, helpful, positive and welcoming.
