This hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the Roman Square, with tram access right outside the door and close proximity to the subway. The surrounding area is convenient and doesn't feel unsafe. The modern decor, large TV ,it was a delightful experience.

Great staff, very friendly and patient with me, considering I only spoke English. Grateful they spoke both German and English. Close proximity to everything such as food, sights, tours etc. Rooms are clean and has all the essentials. My first room had no curtains and staff kindly gave me a new room. Plenty of options for breakfast and even let me have a coffee to go. Will definitely be booking here the next time I'm in Frankfurt.

Location is incredibly good. Staff in whatever position are totally dedicated to giving customers exceptional service. The restaurant cooks bavarian style food to a very standard supported by the wide range of own brewed beers. The festive goose is Christmas on a plate. We have visited here a number of times & every time we are there the experience is amazing. We will be back in the summer.

Great room, clean, cosy, we havd a room With river view. Beds were super comfortable, very big room and bathroom compared to other hotels, 10min walk from zeil , 5min walk from Romer, great choice overall.
