The key point is that I would never have chosen this...

The key point is that I would never have chosen this property if I knew that there's a shared bathroom. I never stayed in any such property in the past. I needed frequent use of the bathroom during the last few days of my trip and running far was extremely inconvenient, besides, toilet paper was not in the bathroom which is extremely unusual. I couldn't even shower because there were no clean towels to use after the shower. And there was no elevator either. All those major deficiencies made my stay very uncomfortable despite the friendly host...

Location to park. Bus to airport good direct connection. Restaurants close by. Indian restaurant in hotel itself good. Simple but good breakfast buffet. Nice chance to eat outdoors in park area in summer.
