Everything. We’ve never stayed anywhere better than this. Andreas our breakfast host made us feel very welcome.

Very welcoming and kind staff, good breakfast, great position to explore the city center

The location is a big plus, close to a major station. The staff is amazing, always smilling and communicating with the clients, not the average german standards.

The hotel is located in the city center, making it easy to walk to all the main historical attractions. There are plenty of shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby. The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming.

We slept soundly. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is superb, with many healthy options. We were allowed to check in early which was really nice of the staff.

Used to be the best place to stay in the 80. Nicely renovated to restore most of the former glory. Great and friendly staff

Perfect location. This hotel smelled like our home and even the furniture and windows were built in a similar era to our home. The staff is very welcoming. This hotel will be my regular stay in Berlin from now on.

We stayed the second time at this hotel. Staff was incredibly friendly, we arrived early and the hotel already had a room available for us. The room and service were outstandingly good. Room also provided breathtaking views being on top floor!

Convenient location. We liked the view on the zoo. The staff was extremely helpful and organized a little attention and card. The rooms are original, comfortable with free refreshments in the minibar.
