Dinner in the main restaurant was excellent. Also the waiter and bartender both were excellent .

Great price/quality. Perfect for a one night stay. We didn't get breakfast so I can't comment on that, but the room was comfy and clean. The location is very convenient, you can easily walk to the centre or the station. The staff was very nice as well.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Its close to the city center. The room was alright, its a bit outdated but you cant complain for the price. The man behind the reception desk was delightful at every moment of the day.

Second stay here. As usual, the staff was very helpful. Plus they had incorporated a suggestion I made after the last visit on another site and brought in luggage racks into all the rooms.

What I liked was EVERYTHING! We spent our first four nights of our month-long stay in Germany directly across the street from the Mainz train station. A great place to make your jet lag a memory. The sauna can be reserved between 4 and 10 and it's a fabulous way to reset your body clock. The staff is UBER friendly! SO helpful! We stayed this year because we had such an excellent stay last year. We'll be back next year.

It was really clean modern and well situated to visit Mainz and good links to the airport
