The staff were really friendly and helpful going above and beyond to help us. It is located close to hiking and biking tracks and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Excellent choice at breakfast and the restaurant evening meals were among the best I have had on my trip and very reasonably priced. The rooms are a good size too.

Location was beautiful and quite. Excellent room. the diner and wine at the restaurant was very good. Very friendly staff.

lodging and restaurant. well worth it in both cases

Excellent combination of traditional restaurant and very modern hotel rooms. Superb evening meal and a great breakfast. And you can buy their fantastic wines to take home! We have to find a way of staying here again.

Very friendly staff and absolutely spotless, generously sized room!

Really nice people, excellent facilities.

Perfect location, fantastic view , walking distance from the city center.

I often stay in Trier when travelling between UK and the Alps. I've tried a few hotels. Nowadays I always stay at Best Western for a few reasons. Some of the staff have worked there for a long time, so they know me and are very attentive. They always look after me, and all the guests. All the rooms are comfortable. An excellent breakfast and on-site parking make this hotel very convenient. It's an easy walk through the pedestrianised area to the centre. For me it's consistently the best all round hotel in Trier, and good value.

Apartment is clean and comfortable. Staff members are pretty helpful.

Great staff and location. Clean rooms.

The hotel was beyond my expectations. The staff were so kind and attentive. The food is world class.
