I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, neat, and comfortable, and my request for a baby crib was also fulfilled perfectly. The staff who welcomed me at check-in were very friendly and informative, which made me feel at ease right away. I also really appreciated the complimentary morning treats, delicious croissants along with coffee and tea. Overall, I am very satisfied and would definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel location is very good. It is close to the metro station and all kinds of facilities. It was very good that the employees were friendly. Although my English was not very good, they helped me with patience and a smile.

We slept soundly. Rooms are comfortable and quiet. The breakfast is superb, with many healthy options. We were allowed to check in early which was really nice of the staff.

Convenient location. We liked the view on the zoo. The staff was extremely helpful and organized a little attention and card. The rooms are original, comfortable with free refreshments in the minibar.

The lobby and reception were very welcoming areas with the staff in particular being very helpful. Riad was specifically very supportive in giving local advice of things to do and making sure my stay would be comfortable.

Just arrived but can't wait for the review. It is better than we expected! We are delighted with the friendly service at the reception, the cleanliness of the room and everywhere in this hotel is really excellent and we are very grateful to Krystyna who paid attention to every detail in our room. The location is very good, the decoration is amazing with great taste! We will spend a wonderful three days in this city and we will definitely visit again this hotel in the future!!!
