I read a few reviews prior to booking and hotel exceeded my expectations. It was clean, comfortable and in a good location. The rooms are small but that's to be expected for a budget hotel in a central location. The lack of lift is not an issue as that is made clear by the hotel.

This is the perfect place for a goth like me. Everything is nice, black, clean, modern. The room looked like on the pictures, even better. The room is so big, like a small house. Reception workers were very nice and kind. Train station and the concert place is near. I would really like to live in this hotel, I didn't want to leave 😅

We loved the retro charm of Hotel Windsor, and the ambience of a family owned/run hotel. The bathroom was compact, but had everything we needed, including good water pressure. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for Media Park and an easy walk to the Cathedral and centre of town.

Well located, room was clean and spacious and the staff is very kind

First off, I checked in late and the unique self check in was awesome. I had also request on where to grab a dinner on Sunday night. The staff was kind enough to hold my bags and give me suggestions so I can rush across the street for some yummy Japanese cuisine. Love how the staff take care of the patrons.

Wonderful old monastery, well preserved, not much to see in the building itself, it looks like all the space was used for rooms, it's quite and comfortable, really worth staying there, unique place

Nice housing and warm host. Lucky to meet two lovely cats in the morning. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Very friendly reception staff , who made us feel welcome . The room was clean, fresh and comfortable. We had food at approx 1.30pm and it was lovely tasty and well presented , again friendly service
