An older stylish building on the banks of the Rhein river. Very friendly and helpful reception. Large, clean and quiet room, with all that we needed. Quiet wooded neighbourhood, surrounded by established villas. Easy access to riverside walks and sufficient free street parking nearby.

The location is more convenient for those working in office buildings around it, but in 10 min by metro you can be in the very center of Bonn. There’s a nice promenade along the Rhine right next to the hotel. Breakfast is great! The hotel has windows locked for sustainability reasons, but you may ask them to be unlocked to get some fresh air. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The hotel fitness center is very well equipped, it has more exercise machines than you can imagine. The sky bar on the 17th floor offers a great view of the Rhine.

The hotel is very beautiful, the rooms are lovely, if you like classic hotel styles, and mine included a good desk where I could work. The hotel is also right on the edge of a big forest. Also checkout was at midday which was very convenient.

The hotel was generally nice, the rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good especially for what seemed to me like quite a small hotel. It is a quiet residential area, so not a lot of noise any time of day.

Very helpful staff, incredibly friendly and English speaking when we couldn't manage the German. Good cosy bar is available, and breakfast was hot and fresh when we had it (you can also have it taken to your room).

Absolutely fantastic place to stay, with large modern rooms and an excellent breakfast buffet. The train station, is only 1 minute away, and the Wi-Fi is fast and stable. Would like to visit again.

The room was very comfortable and the park view from balcony was pretty. I will stay again if I come again.

Easy self check-in (arrived late). Staff (although only short encounter in the early morning) friendly and kind, room beyond expectations. Clean, modern, spacious and so much love for detail. Maybe not my personal taste but so obvious someone paid lots of attention in creating a pleasant space. Which makes it stand out from all the other places I stayed in Bonn sofar. Family run vs chain ... Also facilities beyond expectation. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker, TV in a very spacious room separated from the bedroom. Smart lighting. Perfect bed. Location: easy access to public transport in walking distance, quiet neighbourhood with 2 supermarkets (1 across the street closing at 8, 1 around the corner closing at 10 PM, 2 bakeries also just around the corner. In summary: especially given the price: best value for money in Bonn sofar ... will be back for sure!

Huge clean room. Quiet surrounding and not far from down town. 15 min walk to train station and then some 15 min with subway/tram to center of Bonn. Good food in the restaurant. Free but limited parking on the street.

The hotel is rather on the luxury side, despite the fact that time passing over some facilities is showing. I got a room upgrade to a junior suite with river view and it was very nice. Room heating is very effective and fast. Toiletries are of good quality. Free access to the spa for guests is always nice and the view from the pool is quite charming. Two dry saunas and a steambath make it worth spending a few hours there. The gym is minimal but clean and the machines seem in good shape. Didn't try it, just had a quick look at it.

The apartment is better than pictures. Very pretty and spacious, facilities are there, near two train/tram stations, good bakery nearby, great kitchen facilities, balcony for morning view, warm, super clean toilet, and very kind staff. You can buy coins for laundry through the staff. All you need for long stay. Quite neighbourhood and not see restaurant around, but you can cook and buy groceries just in the city center.

The property is located a short peaceful walk from Bonn city centre and is on a street with shops 1 minute in each direction. there are multiple bus and tram stops on the street. I found the tram to be the best way into the city centre both the 61 and 62 run there and you get to the city centre in 10 minutes saving you 15/20 minutes walking. The trams arrive very often as well, each service must arrive every 10 minutes or so. You will never wait longer than 5 minutes. The building is beautiful as are most in the Bonn area. The interior is nice and well decorated with a lovely dining area in which I watched some portions of the football. The hotel was fully booked but was always quiet which was brilliant as I only really used the hotel for sleeping. The staff were excellent and had good chat as well as great knowledge of the area. Bonn is a lovely place to visit with a great history as well as being close to Cologne with train links to many major cities. I would suggest if you go you visit the House of the History of the Federal Republic of Germany which is the most interesting museum I have been to in my life. To my surprise it was free and the staff there were very welcoming to. I hope the staff at Astoria can pass my praises onto the museum as well. Not that it is necessary but the staff in the hotel all spoke great English and could easily understand me despite my thick Scottish accent. The people of Germany are all fantastic and respectful but I knew this from my previous 2 visits. Thanks for making me and my friend’s stay incredible.
