I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The staff were truly the highlight friendly, patient, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their kindness made the whole stay feel comfortable and stress‑free. The hotel itself is cozy and beautifully kept. The lobby is welcoming, the rooms are spacious, and the atmosphere throughout the building is peaceful. It’s clear that the hotel puts a lot of effort into creating a pleasant environment for guests. The cleaning service was excellent. My room was refreshed daily, with soft, clean linens, neatly arranged towels, and a level of tidiness that made it feel like coming back to a brand‑new room each time. Thanks to the staff and housekeeping team, I felt completely at ease and well taken care of. I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort and great service

We really enjoyed the terrace- our room was at the ground floor and we could have a glass of wine in a relaxed atmosphere (staff was kind enough to borrow us glasses). Breakfast was excellent as well, especially ur hummus was amazing.

Even though a very big hotel it was very quite and peaceful. Very big bed with all the comfort in the room. A bit far away but if you like walking it's fine. We personally used uber and bolt to get back to the hotel.

This was a blessing. The staff is amazing and helpful, very clean and well located in the heart of the city.

A very nice stay. The hotel is in a convenient spot, with easy access to the city’s highlights. The staff were polite and efficient, making sure everything went smoothly during my visit. The room was clean and comfortable, providing everything I needed. It’s a good place to stay if you’re looking for something straightforward and dependable.

I generally give 10 in a review rating if the accommodation actually has the facilities described in the room. Hence it is really important to look at what each accommodation is offering and decide for yourself if this is what you are after. Not the fact that I have rated the accommodation 10. I am not looking for 5 star luxury either. When I travel for holidays I am looking for really basic amenities. Front desk were extremely helpful. Location was good for me as I enjoyed a 20 minute walk to the S-Bahn or you could take a bus if you preferred. I bought a Berlin Welcome Card for travel purposes due to the length of time I was staying in Berlin. This option may not suit everyone for public transport.

The room was clean and beds comfortable. Didn't have breakfast in the hotel. Staff were friendly In the middle of Schoenberg so a great location

My room was cozy, warm and got a nice upgrade for a balcony! The guy at the reception was exceptionally friendly and made me feel welcome from the beginning! Hospitality made right! 😊

The bathroom has plenty of space, which is a big bonus point in my opinion, and our stay was really enjoyable. The lights in the room were pleasant and we felt really comfortable. The room had a lot of space overall and a useful safe, easy to use.

The location of the hotel - down a lane off Genthiner Strasse is so lovely and quiet, an oasis in the city.

The location of The Garner was very handy to public transport. The staff were very helpful and the breakfast was sensational. Great way to start our day.

Very friendly, helpful staff, cosy interior, clean room, little bit old fashioned but I liked that style. I spent wonderful time there :) I want to back to ArtHotel Connection in the future.
