Location was great. Staff very friendly we had a early check in around 10AM without extra charges. Very safe and quiet and secure.

Everything was very clean and the room was really nice.

The owner and his wife were more than helpful. We could not have asked for more guidance and personal attention, even from family. Everything was spotless, the bathrooms were gorgeous, the interior architecture was exquisite. This is not the Hilton, so much more attractive! The street is quiet and safe and provided very pleasant walking, maybe the best in Frankfurt, plus the hotel is close to Palmengarten, one of Germany's gems.

This is a beautiful hotel. Of the 4 hotels we stayed at this trip, Saks did it's best to help guests deal with the heat.

A lovely hotel located in a quiet neighbourhood but still close to the city centre. Very clean, fresh breakfast was served everyday with a good selection and staff always helpful to assist. I recommend this Hotel.
