Very kind and very helpful staff. They were all welcoming, polite and helpful. Breakfast was great. Room was great, really spacious and very clean. Walking distance from the Town Hall, the Main tower etc. We asked for Twin Bed and the man at the reception arranged it. Thank you very much. And don't forget: In Greece, whenever you want to order a beer, you say: Mia bira parakalo.

My husband and I stayed at The Florentin by Althoff Collection for one night during our visit from California to Frankfurt, and we were absolutely delighted. From the moment we arrived, the warmth and genuine friendliness of the staff made us feel incredibly welcome. The hotel’s architecture immediately caught our eye—elegant, stylish, and full of character. Even though our stay was short, it left a lasting impression.
