Amazing hotel with absolutely everything you need for your best stay with kids. Very friendly staff, nice food, playgrounds with toys, great location.

The room had a large balcony and because the hotel sits on an elevation, there is nothing to obscure the mountain view. The staff was very friendly. After checkout I was allowed to leave my luggage at the hotel a few hours longer. Lots of options at breakfast.

Incredible stay for a weekend at this gem in the Alps. The room was absolutely lovely, super clean and tastefully decorated, with the best shower and comfortable bed that I have seen in awhile at a hotel. The breakfast spread was definitely a proper one - tons of options and is open nice and early, perfect for trekking. The location is also convenient to start hiking from on the various routes in the areas.

I was in private room with shared bathroom. In the room here was a sink! And the view was to the Main Street and even with mountains! Wow, it’s was fantastic experience, I would definitely recommend. Hope to get here again ❤️

Third time in this hotel, and as always, everything was just perfect - beautiful scenery around, very kind personnel, nice spa zone and pool, delicious dinner every night as well as top notch breakfast.

Very big room and great decoration

Before my arrival, i asked them if i can have a good view as much as possible. Then they grant it. My room has an overlookinh ciew of the Mountain. Staffs were friendly. Food on breakfast not probably my fsvorites, but overall the locstion was great. And it was quite, i had a good vacation actually.

My partner and I stayed in the the Lodge Maisonette, which had a lofted living room area with a hammock and book nook. We enjoyed having the extra space to relax in--that hammock in the loft was truly the most comfortable hammock I've ever laid in (definitely recommend booking a room with a loft!). The interiors were beautifully designed with big windows/views, and we also appreciated the overall layout of the room and felt that we could easily unpack without feeling cramped. However, we did utilize the extra single bed for storage, so 3-person parties could be tighter on space. Location is great as well, within walking distance to many restaurants/shops and not far from the train station either. Overall, I'd highly recommend staying here for a winter getaway in Garmisch!
