Everything was great. Nice staff. Good location.

The boom box, Freitag bag, Dr. Soeder stuff, bed was comfy, room good size, design amazing, windows taht open and temperature was perfect, the mini bar was lovely addition. The hangers/wardrobe, too. The big mirror as well. Loved everything about this place.

The beds were very comfortable, good facilities and amenities. Wonderful and kind staff!

The helpful friendly staff, their professional attitude, the location, the ambience, everything... another excellent small German hotel. How do they get it so right? Why would anyone stay in a big American or European chain hotel.

It's a small hotel but has everything you need. At all times there's someone at the check-in desk, which allows for a very easy check-in/check-out process. The room was clean and very warm at night. The location is also great, close to everything.

I read a few reviews prior to booking and hotel exceeded my expectations. It was clean, comfortable and in a good location. The rooms are small but that's to be expected for a budget hotel in a central location. The lack of lift is not an issue as that is made clear by the hotel.

The room we are was Small Double - it is enough for a couple, for short stay. The mattresses are very comfortable, the hygiene is ok. There is a breakfast but we didn't try. The location is good, 20 mins by walk from the cathedral.

First off, I checked in late and the unique self check in was awesome. I had also request on where to grab a dinner on Sunday night. The staff was kind enough to hold my bags and give me suggestions so I can rush across the street for some yummy Japanese cuisine. Love how the staff take care of the patrons.

The staff was super friendly, not only the lady behind the desk but also the kitchen staff who made an excellent breakfast!

The location of the hotel is brilliant, shops, bars and restaurants everywhere nearby, a 25 minute walk to central station. Very clean and staff very friendly and helpful

Wonderful old monastery, well preserved, not much to see in the building itself, it looks like all the space was used for rooms, it's quite and comfortable, really worth staying there, unique place

Close to the downtown of Koln. Just 20minutes walk to the Church. Can park free along the street in weekend.
