netter Service an der Rezeption

The property was very clear, near the city center.

This was a new experience for us as the very comfortable, large room we had was actually in an old people's home - which of course meant that it was a quiet and friendly place to stay! The whole complex is just up the hill from the Kurpark in Wiesbaden and a very pleasant walk from the town centre, with parking provided (although you will need to book in advance). The room was very well equipped with a well stocked small kitchen area, and had nice extra touches like little pots of honey from their own bees. The small balcony was a lovely place for us to have breakfast, although you can also use the main restaurant facility. Indeed, the home also has a swimming pool and sauna although we didn't get around to using these. Overall this a lovely, good value place to stay in a nice town.

Suitable location, clean, silent location, staff cooperative

Excellent location in the city center next to a new shopping centre. The property is in walking distance to a train station, a shopping centre, the newly built RheinMain Congress Center and many restaurants.

Everything was ok. Excellent breakfast!

Very friendly staff. Excellent food. Very large rooms and an agricultural environment.

Location, Rooms and hotel staff

The person who met me at the reception was very nice and helpful. I got the room to the inner yard, so it was nice and quiet during the night, I slept with a window open. My double room was spacious, has everything needed and the matress was very comfortable.

Exceeded my expectations in all respects

Cleanliness, location, breakfast, staff.

Super location. The staff really made my stay, however.

Friendly staff, good room, exceptional common kitchen area and terrace.

Room was clean and everything was new. Really good hotel. Location is amazing, nearby the central station and so close to city centre Only the problem was junkie a lot of them on street

Location , Staff , Value for Money

Very nice " Non Hotel Chain" hotel. Very quiet and clean. Big comfortable rooms, excellent restaurant, cosy bar and reasonnable price. In short what all the Radisson, Marriott, Hilton , Sofitel etc....are not able to deliver any more.

Bed was super comfortable. Room was very nicely decorated. Huge shower. Breakfast was amazing. Location was great. Easy to park. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.

I chose this hotel on the eve of my trip to Wiesbaden because I liked the photos here on Booking - and the reality exceeded my expectations. The hotel is in a great location, situated on the street that connects the railway station to the city center - both are within a 10-minute walk. Although the hotel is on the corner of two streets, it was quiet throughout my stay. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel, and many shops and restaurants are within easy walking distance. It is a traditional hotel, the building is from the turn of the 19th and 20th century and there are pictures showing, how it looked decades ago. I had booked a single room but I believe I received an upgrade, as the room was quite spacious, with a double bed. I absolutely loved it - it was bright, clean, and tastefully furnished. It was equipped with a fridge, microwave (!), Nescafé machine, safe, and air conditioning, which was especially welcome during the hot summer days. The Wi-Fi worked flawlessly throughout my stay. The reception staff were all very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions I had. There is also a restaurant in the hotel serving Mediterranean cuisine. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Star-Apart Hansa Hotel very much and I would certainly choose it again if back to Wiesbaden.

This Place is just great value for Money,as it is just arround everything such as Bakery 80m walk,Kiosk 100m and all other Stuff like 200m to 1000m into City Shopping area. Even there is no Manager on side, because all is by Code given to open the Room doors ,it is very easy access to all. And it is very Clean from Rooms to Floor . Great Place And the Cleaning Staff are very friendly ,always helpfully and they doing a perfect Job ,as we came back alk was cleaned up,even the T-Shirt and else being taken care of,by lay them perfectly together, where you find that......nowhere I never seen such, and I been in 134 Countries in many Hotels but never seen my Clothes being taken Care of. Next ,no Breakfast service or else for Food, but nobody need it when your surrounding just 5 to 10 minutes Walk got plenty Restaurant and Bakery to eat very good!

Quite small but affordable, also it’s comfy

Friendly staff and great location

It is a cosy hotel in the very center of Wiesbaden, but in a quiet surrounding. Walking distance to old town and to the Congress Center. Very nice rooms, tasty breakfast, helpful staff. Parking in the courtyard.
