Our recent stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Their customer-centric approach really stood out, making us feel valued at every step of the way. The buffet offered a wide variety of options, catering to all tastes and preferences. The food was not only plentiful, but also delicious, with each meal of the day. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, we were always excited to see what was on offer, and the quality exceeded our expectations every time. Overall, our experience was beyond pleasant. The combination of amazing service, a fantastic food selection, and a comfortable environment made for a memorable stay. We will definitely be recommending this hotel to our friends and family and look forward to returning in the future. Highly recommend!

We had an incredible time at the newly opened Serenity Sky Arc Hotel! Despite opening just a week before our arrival, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. The service was impeccable, and the team handled everything with such warmth and professionalism. 🍴 The food? Absolutely outstanding. Every meal was fresh, beautifully prepared, and bursting with flavor—easily one of the best culinary experiences we've had at a resort. 🌊 But the real star? The snorkeling. Just steps from the beach, the reef is full of colorful fish, corals, and even turtles. The water was crystal clear, and every outing felt like diving into a hidden paradise. Highly recommend for anyone looking for luxury, relaxation, and unforgettable underwater adventures! Excellent service and thanks to Polis the hotel manager who was with us all the way to make sure we are happy and satisfied.

"Although we had a few minor difficulties during check-in, thanks to the kind staff (I believe the gentleman working the night shift is named Mohamed), everything was resolved. As a bonus, we got a room with a beautiful sea view. Special thanks to the guys who made small sculptures out of towels. I was eager to see what they would create next. Kudos to them. The food was diverse, with something for everyone. I would definitely return to this hotel again."

    It was exceptional stay in jungle aqua park hotel. It is an amazing hotel, staff are very welcoming, aqua park rides are amazing suitable for adults and kids. All inclusive service is amazing, food is everywhere and every time, a lot of fun at night at midway, too much swimming pools, rooms were amazing.. I will repeat it again
